Why are you restarting the Network?

I am because there are a lot of members who stay offline for weeks, filling room for new people who might want to join. this way, if i refresh the network there will always be online people ready to duel you.

right after this refresh, i will start refreshing it every time it gets full (50 members). If it reaches 50 members in less than a month then i will refresh it 2 weeks after (i will always post the time and date this will happen)
